    In my experience you are FORCED to use mail order pharamacy if you have more than one regular RX. I tried to get my son the care he needed ( Occupational Therapy) and they refused it. I switched to them originally so that my son could use off base care and have his well baby check-ups when he was supposed to have them and in the end I got so frustrated with the service from USFHP that I switched back. I have a great doctor at the clinic, have gotten my son into the therapy he requires and have had only positive experiences since we switched back to Tricare this past January.
